This isn't about us.
We're just a bunch of like-minded individuals who truly care about The Olde Towne Team.
We Care about the Nation. Hell, we ARE the Nation.
Someone, somewhere, needed to step up and cry bloody murder. We won our first World Series in 86 years because of Theo, good players, team chemistry, a little bit of luck, and a whole lot of heart.
Larry Lucchino (and probably Steinberg too, how can we trust him?) need to stop putting their own egos, their own wealth, their own success, before the good of the team. If this type of BS isn't stopped, the baseball gods will be sure to reward us with another lifetime of agony.

It wasn't Shaughnessy's fault that Dr. Charles Steinberg leaks all the secret negotiations to him. They should've shut their mouths and he should never have known what the difficulty in signing Theo were. Its his job to publish what he hears. I mean, I don't like him at all and don't find his column creative nor calculated....BUT Theo chose not to come back. The same guiy he allegedly is having power struggles with also have redefined the Sox logo, has more world series rings and mentored him for 13 years. So he is a d bag...Yes, Lucchino is not a likeable guy, but neither is Steinbrenner and CASHman found a way to renogotiate( pun intended). If Theo wanted to be here....he would be here.

I can't believe your letting Shaughnessy get away with this so easy. Theo didn't choose not to come back. The Sox brass screwed him over. They offered Billy Beane over 2 million but wouldn't give that to the Moneyballer who actually has won something. I wouldn't want to work for people who had no respect for me either.
